Porridge Pots Three Ways
Three of my favourite chia pudding flavour combinations! I make these the night before if I know I'm going to have a particularly busy morning or day, as I can just grab it out of the fridge and run.
Serves 3
what you need
What you need for vanilla, coconut and ginger:
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 tablespoon chia seeds
2 teaspoons desiccated coconut
3/4 cup coconut milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder
1/4 teaspoon ginger powder
Fresh mango, cubed
What you need for chocolate and raspberry:
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 tablespoon chia seeds
3/4 cup almond milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder
1 tablespoon raw cacao
1 tablespoon maple syrup
Raspberries
What you need for beet and berry:
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 tablespoon chia seeds
2 teaspoons mixed berry powder
1 teaspoon beetroot powder
3/4 cup almond milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder
Blackberries and raspberries
What to do
In three small bowls, mix together all ingredients except for the berries, and mix well to combine everything.
Once the mixture is well combined, let it sit for 5 minutes, and then stir it a bit to break up any large lumps, scoop the mixture into three jam jars and top with fruit. Put the lids on and pop in the fridge overnight for a super creamy pudding.
Tips
Basically it's 3 tablespoons of chia seeds to 250 ml or 1 cup of liquid.
