Mushroom, Spinach and Caper Berry Pasta
The easiest and tastiest pasta dish ever! I love it how only a handful of ingredients can taste so good and leave you feeling so satisfied. This is what I eat when I have a night alone and get to watch trashy TV.

What you need
Packet of spaghetti
6 large field mushrooms, sliced
Bunch of fresh spinach
1/2 cup baby caper berries
1 clove garlic, finely minced
Olive oil
Drizzle of truffle oil
Salt and pepper to taste
What to do
Boil water in a large pot and cook pasta according to packet instructions.
Meanwhile cook the mushrooms on high heat with a good amount of olive oil. Once the mushrooms have browned, add the garlic and a good seasoning. Stir though the spinach and caper berries.
Drain the pasta and add it to the mushroom mixture. Stir through and serve with a good amount of pepper and a drizzle of truffle oil. Enjoy with a cool glass of Riesling.
