Plain Old Hot Chocolate

I’m quite sure everyone knows how to make hot chocolate, but in case you don’t, here is a very simple recipe, and the one I make most of the time.

what you need

2 cups of milk

4 teaspoons raw cacao

3 teaspoons raw sugar

extra chocolate and cinnamon for sprinkling on top

Place all ingredients in a heavy bases saucepan and whisk until the milk is hot, but not boiling.

Pour into mugs, top with froth, marshmallows, hot chocolate and cinnamon.
